We are capable of making large size doors at our customers' request. This Douglas Fir (paint grade) door's dimensions are 91-1/2" x 96" x 1-3/4." I especially like this design because it's more of a rustic/country style. Our customer designed this door with 1/4" clear tempered glass, but we have a variety of different glass styles/colors available. We purchase glass locally, so it makes it much easier to request samples and send custom templates to be made. We love to support our local economy!

Here is a Douglas Fir paint grade plank style door we made last year. This was our first time making a plank door with this "Z" design. Our plant manager, Jessica did a great job with the CAD drawings of this door and she guided our plant employees to execute the design perfectly. Here is another custom made solid African mahogany door we finished last week. It took our lead man a couple times to perfect the details of this order, but the end result came out beautifully. Our customers are constantly challenging us with new designs, and we love it!

This is a custom African mahogany door we made for one of our regular customers. The glass picked by our customer is 1/2" insulated horizontal reeded glass.  Lately, we have been quite busy (we have all been working overtime everyday), but we will never skimp on our quality. Walnut has recently become our customers' high end choice for lumber! Here is another unfinished door in Walnut. This style is considered a 3 flat panel door with flushed moulding. Rarely do we ever get to see a door in it's finished glory, but here it is! We made this door in February 2013. Our leadman, Chuy visited our customer's customer for a warranty issue, so he was able to take a picture of this beautiful door. As you can see, it is a 1 lite top with a 2 raised panel bottom in African Mahogany. We actually manufactured this door to be open at the top without glass, and our customer provided his own glass for his customer.  There are so many different styles and combinations to choose from when making custom doors. This is a custom full radius dutch door we made for one of our regular customers in Douglas Fir. The top half of the dutch door has 1/4" clear tempered glass and a raised panel, and the bottom half has a raised panel as well. It took quite some time to finish, but we wanted to make sure the quality was up to our standards. This was our first time making a dutch door in this style, and I think it came out beautifully! This is a custom raised panel door we made for a customer in March. It is in African Mahogany and has heavy raised moulding with special plant ons. This is a custom door we recently made for one of our customers. It is made in African Mahogany. Our customer is planning on putting 1/4" piece of glass behind the circular details.
